I'm interested in working with someone on some songs, swap idea, experiment etc! I have never collaborated with anyone before but I would like to give it a try. I love tech house, deep house, techno, trance, tropical.
I work in ableton mostly but I know bitwig and some FL too. I'm not a complete noob btw aha

Does anyone want to work on this remix of Miley Cyrus song I've been working on? It's just for fun really as the vocals are not the greatest of quality and not really cleaned up aka just a limiter on the master bus atm.

It sounds like the song is essentially finished but I'm not familiar with this genre enough to gauge what it "should" sound like. I think it would benefit from an elongated bridge that switches the vibe up dramatically, its fun because you'll get fresh ideas on how to progress the song and it gives listeners a break before going back to the melodic wobble bass in the chorus. The bass definitely needs more character (weight? lol) to it, doesn't have to be super distorted or anything like that but its sitting too far back and doesn't hit you in the chest (through my monitors at least). I haven't heard the original before, didn't stand out as an obvious clunky remix if you know what I mean. It was enjoyable to listen through the whole thing. I liked all the clips you posted so keep up the good work!

I'm just so busy with my 2 young kids I don't have alot of time to dedicate to my passion so I thought I'd reach out to have a bit of fun and see what others can help with the little time I have.
