I have trouble opening Keygen. I do click on the keygen icon and a get up "user account control" i click yes and than nothing happens. I restarted my pc and it did not help, i'm able to open other keygen besides this one.

Right click, click run as administrator

That should do it, but if not, try right click > Properties and it should open to the compatibility tab. Near the bottom it may say something like "this file is from another computer and is blocked for security reasons." Click unblock, and once again, right click > run as administrator

Recently my updated NOD32 blocks every keygen I throw, and I have to disable my anti virus anytime I have to use one...Did you disable your antivirus ?

 

I don't have antivirus. I'm thinking to re install windows and go from there.

 

That's a bit drastic...You seem to have trouble with the UAC. You should go to your user account parameter in windows and disable it...Then reboot. Then try executing the fabfilter keygen as administrator (right click, execute as administrator)...
