there isnt anything wrong with having new members... but there is a problem with the attitude of alot of people that come from the other side...

They act like complete morons...

like the time when Saint made the thread about demoting Cat, the amount of flaming going on by certain new users was absolutely disgusting... and these users have never returned, all their posts were flame and hate... nothing else...

I know a few names but I dont wanna mention, but if ur interested just hit me a pm and I will prove through my examples... just gotta let me dig around...

Most of us here are decent people. Yes there are a few who are blunt, but they are in the minority and they can be handled...

Yeah, it's childish behavior. All the vulgar language used is too, imo. So is calling a thread "gay". 'Tis a shame that people use that word as an insult.

 

What about this - @remix you seem to disagree with these supposed requests, although they don't look like requests to me, fine.
What about creating one single thread titled "iLok cracked software database"? No requests, just an informative thread to see what's available. Such thread would be maintained only by admins & mods, i.e. it'll be locked for public replies. No direct links whatsoever, just plain text. Such list would be updated per user requests directed to mods & admins. Everything else would be treated as requests and done away respectively per forum rules (i.e. removed).
Does that sound like good compromise to you??

Its plain begging from people whos post count was less than ten 3 days ago...

You would think that when Audioz was shut down it could finally be a point where all those plugin hoarders would finally sit down and actually try and make music. But nahhhh they just jump on here and talk shit. What a paradox.... collect all the plugins in the world to make music, but never actually get around to making music....

I don't post a lot here unless I can help but I wanted to give my 2 cents. New members are great, some may bring valuable insight to the forum, but what bugs me is when have a new member that immediately starts begging. Not only do they feel entitled to "free" software but also entitled to be instructed how to use it. We are here to provide help and that's fine but please people, put a little effort in first. It's a challenge to me to figure out things on my own...try it. If you still have a problem do a little research...that search function is there for a reason. When those options have been exhausted THEN ask for help and we are glad to do it.
