Missing samples on EWQLSO Platinum XP

    I've encountered a strange problem after having regularly installed and authorized EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Platinum Pro XP: the strings are missing several samples, expecially the ones used to create large ensembles (50 - 70 elements).
    If I recall small ensembles and solo instruments, it seems everything OK, but when I need a larger orchestra... samples are missing.
    What gives? I installed all 7 DVDs.

    EWQLSO Platinum XP is an update - to the former release!

    The full library should be about: 71 Gb
