Have a great dilemma. When i make the drum pattern in Maschine and i use drum kit samples, have i time stretch all single sounds? For example i use a kick runs 80 BPM but the beat tempo is 90 BPM, have i do that?

Drum samples have no bpm. They're one-shot, no need to stretch.
That's why it is always better to store drum sequence and samples separately instead of mixing them down to a loop:
Changing bpm will force you to time-stretch with more or less loss of quality, plus it's hard to change the loop because you cannot access the individual hits anymore.

Stretching one-shots is loco (and degradative). Don't.

Swing, shuffle, offset, velocity, syncopation, hang, stress, flams, accenting, offbeats, most instruments following the same groove/groove template, certain instruments NOT following the same groove, etc etc. It's an art.
