Most of these people aren't Americans... probably Canadians that moved to America to escape Canada!!
Remember... the United States is originally made up of ALL immigrants, save for us few (sober) "Native Americans" who were ripped off.

by the way in Canada we don't have black Friday cause prices never change lol
and in America shopping prices is lower in normal days if you compare it with Canada especially Toronto and Vancouver
life in Canada is expensive , LOL in this past Friday i didn't even left my studio i spend the whole 24 hours video editing my new documentary and making new soundtracks for it

Note : it will be crazy if A Canadian moved to America because in Canada : health care insurance are provided for all citizens and all I'm just saying is there's a lot of advantage for A Canadian Citizen in Canada & why would any Canadian give up his rights and moved to America that's makes no sense expect except if you have a family in America , anything else i don't think so

Here's what you do: the day before Black Friday you ask to see the store manager (of a store which intends to host a Black Friday event) and you do a 'citizen's arrest' (or whatever the equivalent is called in the USA). You have him arrested and questioned by police for intention to cause harm to prospective customers to his store. The police should then prevent the store from opening the next day on Health & Safety grounds via some court ruling. Just because some members of the public are gullable or have little intelligence does not mean you can harm them or allow them to harm themsleves; quite the opposite. Any business open to the public has a 'Duty Of Care' to ensure their safety. I'm sure there is an American equivalent to this legal obligation. Ask a lawyer to find it and stop these stores from doing this.

 

We've had black friday in Canada since 2008! But I don't think it's as crazy as in the USA. We're politely greedy. We say thank you when we steal TVs from the hands of little old ladies and apologize profusely when we crush people under our boots.

 

This is not only sad, it's dangerous, not in the sense of bodily harm.
Imagine of these people are going to have a crisis where there will be a shortage of food and water, what would happen?
When enough is enough? and how much more a person wants and how far he/she's willing to get what he/she wants?
I am sure none of the stuff that those people were fighting for or died over are a living necessity.

 

Of course. There is love in the pit at a metal show. I've seen dudes get picked while they were falling down never actually hit the ground. No one ever gets trampled. And people hug afterwards.

 

Over the past 100 years or so, Americans have welcomed serfdom and corporate feudalism with open arms and eyes wide shut. They have allowed themselves to be domesticated, and when shit hits the fan, most will have no clue how to sustain themselves. There is always a price to pay for complacency and ignorance. Sadly, the USA's tenticles are spread far across the earth... when it descends into chaos, you better be damn sure it will affect people everywhere.
