Basics of sound

    hey guys,
    please recommend me some materials that help me understand the basics of sound, like the frequency, how to eq, etc. Actually, i wanted to use this knowledge to better my guitar sound and overall sound of my music.

    The best book on mixing etc is 'Mixing with your mind' by Michael Stavrou. Nothing else that comes even close.

    Agreed, "Mixing with your mind" is a great book and recommended!
