How to make that weird stretchy techstep/neuro bass

    Hey guys recent member of this forum and i really want to get into making the minimal side of neuro like the guys releasing on critical? i really want to know how to make that reownn sound and those almost whippy kind of sounds paha [​IMG]

    few good examples:

    1:05 onwards this like a broken up version

    and then

    sure you all know this one [​IMG]but 1:07 fuck mine

    aahh a good idea my midi keyboard doesnt have one i guess a macro nob will do

    Are you referting to pitch modulation (glide/portamento/pitchbend)? Or (multiple) serial/parallel filter (notch, lowpass, comb, etc) sweepes? Or both?

    Saying "use the mod-wheel" or any rotary MIDI knob won't answer the question, because the mod wheel (or a knob) could modulate any and a thousand parameters/things.
