Hey guys, I've been studying music for a year and I'm just starting out my career as a EDM producer and dj now, so I release my first track some days ago... The point is: when I release my track I didn't have any follower, and as a beginner it seens to be very hard to get my track listened and discovered by other people without spend money... So, if you guys could share some tips to get my track shared, listened or discovered by other people and rise my numbers on my social media profiles it would help me a lot... Any tip count, some music blogs, some methods of sharing on any social media, anything you know or have used can help me a lot, and help other producers too of course...

    Thanks since now! :)

Post your song to soundcloud and share your music link everywhere you can. In time people will find you. Adding friends and having them check out your music is a good way to start out.

Not sure if troll (if not, tis a funny choice for account name and forum post asking for help with getting your tracks out there as 'Hardwell') ;)

Anyways, one big piece of advice that I'll give you now (that I wish someone would have told me back when I started) is to do as many remixes of popular tracks as possible, can even be bootlegs (remakes etc). This will get you a lot more plays as people will be more likely to click on your track, as well as to follow you and find you. Also, by doing this you can also post to specific remix groups on soundcloud where the listeners are more active. I don't know why, but unless you do this, no one will click or listen to your original tracks... I know plenty original artists who make unique music but just cant get more than 40 likes. If you check any artists that currently became popular, you can see that their remixes are the ones that got them there. Very rarely do you see an original track with more than 10k plays on soundcloud, yet a remix of any pop artist will yield you infinite plays. Take advantage of that.

Soundcloud and Youtube. Make download free on Soundcloud, post in 75 groups (max). On Youtube, post also free download link to Soundcloud.
If you have some cash, pay Youtube promotion, is not expensive and will get you up to 2000-70,000 views or more/week, depends on your budget and/or musical style.
Facebook, create a Page and pay some promotion, until you got few hundred page likes (followers).

Aftre you have some thousands followers, you will get your likes and followers easily, if your music is good and the initial fans/followers share it.

Dont be onesided when you post your music. Listen to others music as well. People like rwal people so interact as much as possible. Dont just wait for people to find you.
