My main advice is to FINISH every song you start. Do the intro, the breakdown, the buildup, the drop, [...] and the outro. Do it so it can be played (at least in theory) by a DJ. It doesn't matter if sounds mediocre, it doesnt matter if there are aspects you can't create (being a beginner), just make sure you finish it. With every song you train your ears and skills. Nobody started with super tracks from the begining. Finish 100 tracks Cheers!

 

Spend most if not all, your time creating/learning music instead of "collecting". That is, if you want to be a music creator... there's nothing wrong with collecting... just don't ask "why did I not succeed?" later...
