this vocal vibrato guys

    you are right. It's mostly due to his voice. He has a good control of the vibrato and his voice in general. Auto tune also helps bring the vibrato and make it sharper. I suggest Antares Autotune. Don't over use it and try different settings until it sounds what you are aiming for.
