I don't hear anything that I'd call "80s" specifically. In general, the sounds from the Simmons electronic drum sets manufactured at that time will provide the typical 80s pop sound, especially the toms with white noise decay. Check out this reddit post if you want to find some Simmons samples.

Can't find anything categorised as "80's" in this track. For me is a caribbean song (but the percussion itself is not latin-exclusive) with some trap elements and the famous FM stab (the rubber donk) that became mainstream this year. It's a classic up-to-date commercial song recipe. Most - if not all - elements are available by default in Logic Pro X. This is not a sound design exhibit (as Timbaland many times does) - is just a pop song.
