Which synth are you referring to? The 1960's sounding one that's spacey and creepy sounding? Can you describe more of what you're looking for?

 

As said, you will get better and faster response if you are more specific.

 

Sorry about that, the one which starts at 0:23 to 0:30

 

Supersaw bass + lead note, exported/mixdowned/bounced/consolidated to audio.
Each chord has its own effects applied to it.
1) First one is chopped up and repeated (16th-note) buffer/retrigger style, and at the end you have pitchbend/pitch envelope/"tape stop effect".
2) The second one also has retrigger/buffer aswell as phaser.
3) Third one seems to have a looped flanger section (4th-note) or it's just layered with filtered noise.
4) Fourth one is just legato/sustained with fast tremolo, with pitch-bend/pitch envelope/tapestop at the end.

This is how I hear it (and would quickly recreate it). There are many other ways though.
