Sound Studio Alternative (Audio Editor)

    What's good Mac Fam?

    I am looking for an alternative for Felt Tip's Sound Studio which I used for years. I am quite happy with it as far as the editing is concerned, but it somehow changes the sound in playback and it's a trip.

    When I bounce a Production out of Maschine it just sounds different in Sound Studio than in the DAW or when using QuickLook. So I beieve there's something wrong with the Sound Studio engine or something.

    All I need is something with a good display of the waveform und smooth GUI (so no Audacity). I just use it for cutting really. No fancy stuff.

    So, what's your goto recommended Editor?

    i have used SF on windows and its really good.

    I love SF for PC, but unfortunately, they fucked up SoundForge on Mac pretty bad.
