Yeah, this is TalkAny AKA Talk It!. It can also be heard on James Holden - The Idiots Are Winning (amazing album!).

edit: ah, fuck all these shitty download m#ยค%rf"#4ing sites. I'll post a good DL-link (zip) if I find one.
edit2: Ok, here's the actual program (380kb exe file): http://www.mediafire.com/download/xymmznijbz0/talkany.exe
You can sandbox it/virus scan it or whatever if you don't trust me.

In addition there may be some artist presets in this kind of program. When we talk (or sing) or play any instrument (or any vocal VSTi) it should convert that to the artist voice's that we select. Or we can control artist preset as VSTi (not as effect i mean) it should talk or sing according to the text that write.

I don't think all of these are not impossible to implement. :)

Edit : I already talked about that (artist presets) but now i explained that in detail :)

Thanks for sharing and with a great pleasure, but i think i can only be a beta tester as you know it depends on location.

I wish i was a member in your software developing team not (only) as a tester :)

I have some ideas here too (#4)

I'm a bit late, but I've messed about with Realivox Blue and found it both fun and sometimes frustrating. In the right hands and with patience it can be pretty amazing.
