It's true. After so many years it's finally there! It's only beta for now, but let's hope that the final version will also soon be out. Customers (like me who bought it used for under 50 bucks 2 months ago ;) ) can already download the beta from their account's download section.

Although still in beta, the new native 64bit AU and VST versions seem to be stable and ready to release. We decided our customers should no longer have to wait, so it’s available now! This version will work in all 64bit hosts, such as Logic Pro X, Ableton Live and Cubase. No additional bit-bridges such as 32Lives or jBridgeM are required anymore!

Existing customers can download this version via MENU → "Check for updates” in Sylenth1. We are still working on the new Windows version, which will be ready soon!

I've been using 32 lives for Sylenth in Ableton 9.2 64 bit......would I have any issues with patches being reset in projects?

 

The Au seems fine in Ableton, however the vst isn't showing up so old projects that I used a bridged sylenth in won't open the new plugin, strange....

 

Permissions reset sorted it... I tried to edit my post above but when I clicked save changes nothing changed.

Old bridged projects seem to be working fine now, no issues so far.

 

I personally hope this fucking synth burns in hell it's shit compared to whats out there but I guess if you like it you've learned production from one of the schools . If so Sylenth is perfect for YOU !

 

It's not shit, never was, it's not best synth out there, but it's not worst either, it is what it is, tastes&all that, but getting on peoples case for using it is little too much, seriously, it's perfect little synth for many

 

Thats actually a skin made by the guy who made Xfer Serum skins.. its probably the best sylenth1 skin (no wonder serum looks so sexy) in my opionion its even better than the new official sylenth1 skin

 

Bought it today, and got the Mac AU Beta

 

Works like a charm with Logic Pro x 10.2 and OS X 10.10.5 Yeah!

 

i learnt lots from this synth... it is not the most flexible, but will always be a 'classic' in my mind...

 

Don't expect anything soon - I heard that LD has implemented a U-he style copy protection.

That's sad, I hoped to use v3 parallel to the old Sylenth (in case the new one takes more CPU or other issuses). Well you can't have everyhing...
