A few days ago I ran into some trouble re-authorizing some expansion packs... Suddenly the expansion packs weren't authorized in BFD 3. I've tried deleting and reinstalling both BFD 3 & the expansion packs, but they still wont authorize... Any help with completely removing Fxpansion software within OSX would be helpful.. Thanks

PS/ I've deleted files in both Preferences folders, Application support, Applications, plugin folders & User documents folders.... What am I missing????

 

if they are legit , i would suggest ask the fxpansion support , before you ran out of Authorizations

 

How about the Receipts folder? i think OS X keeps some kind of record of what you have installed...maybe delete the receipts for fxpansion and try again.. hopefully that will help

Yeas, the receipts are the culprit. Delete them and you can re-authorize without issues. I've had similar issues (not with fxpansion) which got remedied by removing the receipts regarding the product and reinstalling.
