how to get ad-lib vocals like these

    hi guys can you please help me on how to get these ad-libs at 0:11 and at the end of the song. (i have the waves bundle and fabfilter bundle)

    Pitch effects, maybe a vocoder, high and lowpass filter, tape delay and tuning. Just a quick guess.

    Edit: drenched in reverb obviously, and wouldn't hurt to add another delay like a tap delay or a stereo delay with each L and R set to a different speed for a cool effect.

    Melodyne (pitch correct, pitch shift, formant, etc). Run it through some filters (almost sounds like highpass + comb filter), delay and reverb.

    If you are asking about ad-libs in general, just record yourself improvising (or someone else who can sing). Vocal booth, large diaphragm condenser mic, pop killer, good preamp...
