@ bdone. If you can't get scriptorium to work just use the old and tried reg trick.I'm really surprised some of you don't know of it by now. It's over 3 years old.

 

Fixed my issue.

There was an extra space at the end of the plist for Kontakt 4 Lib that was not present in it's entry in the contents Plist. Deleted the space and it all works perfectly.

Tip: You have to Quit Logic, open Kontakt 5 standalone after editing the plists... Quit Kontakt 5 Standalone and then start Logic... for the changes to appear in the Kontakt 5 AU Plugin inside Logic

 

use hex workshop, search and repleace funktion for name and for the rest u can go with strg+g to the offset

 

This is rubbish and I have to Agree with Mykal, I've updated in line with all assign etc. releases and updates but I don't see the problem, ALL of my libs, regardless of what Version of Kontakt was in use at the time are working fine?!

Stick with the nfo instructions strictly and you will be fine - thats my advice...

ok i Fixed it ;)

I dont know why, but i haved broken folder

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\pictures - here is pictrues of knobs

so i replace this folder from:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 4\pictures

and now all is great

EDIT: I'm sticking to Kontakt 4 anyway, using 5 for the libraries that need it, but thanks, I may switch to 5 soon.

Please excuse me for not completely understanding your fix. I understand the first part of your sentence, "extract it to ur lib dir," but, I'm sorry, I don't understand the rest of the sentence. You say, "add the folder with k5." What does this mean? Perhaps you mean to also add your file to the k5 folder. Is this true? Surely you don't mean that the the k5 folder should be moved from Program Files. Also, I don't understand the last part of the sentence, "should be run under macros."
What should I do with this information? Anyway, I apologize for not understanding your instruction. Thanks in advance for clearing it up for me.

 

oh damage i got no notice from ur post, file must be in the libery Folder.

To new Kontakt 5 Version who disable the reg trick, my files still work, Kontakt ask for the files the nict, so reneame ur *.nict file in the Libery Folder to the wanted and click search on filesystem

I'm trying to load a HardCore Bass library, but kontakt says the library is already loaded, but I can't see anything on the left. Could you please give me help me in sorting it out? I'd really appreciate

Kontakt 5.02 is opening it and it says I should locate the file, but the filename is:
Kontakt 4 Lib .nicnt

I can't make a file that ends in two spaces...

 

Hello, thanks a lot for this file.

I followed the steps, it works fine, I rename the file "Kontakt Lib .nicnt" to install the lib but the Kontakt Library 4 stays in Demo Mode in Kontakt 5, that's a pity because I bought Komplete 7 so it would be nice if I could run the Kontakt 4 Library normally. Nobody has this problem ? Something I forgot ?
