    People who don t know what they say better shut up.Windows 10 is released as an update but it doesn t install as an update,u see the little microsoft icon on the bottom right?u goota click on that and follow the instructions to receive the link for the os via mail.At that point u domwload it and burn it to install it

    Yep I did that for my parent's machine earlier today. However when I tried it on mine a few days ago. merely deleting that update never removed the folder full of 8 GWX related files

    I would say if one uses Windows 10 because of the sound improvements then DON'T connect to the net on that particular system...I suppose one would have to update their DAW/Plugins manually.
