Why so many sites are getting annoying?
I want your opinions regarding Internet sites.

How comes that a once "normal" site nowadays wants you to click on dozens of spots?
Once you could see a clean page without all the crap like "Accept Cookies", or like on
YouTube you get a bunch of things to de-activate manually:
    - Annoying Autoplay function, Accept-Cookie plus another one.

Other sites have adopted the crappy Adblocker block!
Which prevents people from enjoying surfing.

Another lousy & terribly excluding thing is this one (@ Dailymotion):
You cannot even watch a single clip without having that sh*t saying: "you're a relict,
a sort of dinosaur in extinction. You should be ashamed to use old-fashioned stuff."
What's the sense of this new digital dictatorship? Control of course!
Of course Adobe and all the others are working as SLAVES for Apple and Windows,
since these 2 "Superpowers" have direct control and exclusive domination.
Democracy? NO, there's no democracy in the digital world anymore.
These 2 poles have split, caused separation, cold-wars, anger amongst people...
...and of course movements of huge capitals into their pockets.

TELL me: How the heck can we upgrade if the software developers stop to support older OS?
They simply stop to develop Flash Players for certain OS types.
I know that Apple & Windows are out there for PROFITS!
They want us to buy new machines every half a year. That's their Troyan horse.

But they clearly take advantage on passive people who aren't able to react.
They might think to have the power, but we people have the power in reality!!
We can boycott them at any time....then we'll see who the real bosses are.

This, so far my sincere opinion. Nothing against progress but please a soft one.

If you're not able to turn off your computer forever and walk on, then you're enslaved...
And progress -which you have nothing against- is the root of all that, its unstoppable and will go on until self-destruction.
The sooner you accept that, the happier you'll be.

Well said brother. But i mean a SOFT progress.
Without this "shady", destructive progress we could not communicate using these channels...
...possibly others are anyway better...like music or the Arts.

There's no such thing as soft progress, we're talking about the sense of History here
In ancient tradition, people were transmitting knowledge orally and writing was considered a dead practice, despised and avoided.
While we try to communicate better with our computers/phones/new-BS-to-come, we forgot real communication.

Keep on brother, tomorrow is gonna be worse than today... that's why we have to stay sharp!

The way I figure is: stop buying their crap and they'll be on their knees soon enough. But, and here's the thing, there are so many suckers who believe, or who have been conditioned to believe, that they need this thing or that thing to be happy and fulfilled, that it keeps the money rolling in for the pushers. I know...I'm a reformed sucker :)

One reason why sites go sucky is because developers have to keep re-developing in order to justify or maintain their positions, or to just make work for themselves. Also, administrators of sites feel that they have to keep their sites looking and acting "current" – as in how, in the past few years, interfaces have gotten all bubbly-looking and over-simplified. There's also all the embedded scripts that mine data or cause bloated content to load – try Ghostery and see, from how much it blocks, how much crap wants to hitch along for the ride. Consider also corporate peer pressure, as it were, to keep moving forward/upward: there's no new money for everyone in backward compatibility.

One thing which annoys the fuckinshit outa me is when sites suddenly have to introduce "social" features, such as "likes," and "followers" (or some analogous term), and comments and ratings and rating comments and commenting on ratings and commenting on comments and commenting on ratings of comments, and so on. This is especially vexing when the site is a piece of virtual real estate on which I've chosen to represent my music and sell it, with my name on its sub-domain URL. It's even worse when I've paid for it.

Oh – and the "similar artists" thing. Says who? Says some 'bot, some algorithm? Says some clandestine music-biz sponsor? Let's see: Depeche Mode? Okay, sorta; they have some good songs. Black Flag? I don't see it, but I'll take it – Rise Above! Taylor Swift? It's always Taylor Swift, isn't it? (Taylor Swift toujours; toujours Taylor Swift.) I don't publicize my work on the I'net so that attention might be diverted to others' work. Might I appear in others' "similar artists" section? If I do, it's for someone who plays a human thigh bone trumpet, a Crusty lesbian folk singer with a long floppy yellow/red Mohawk haircut, or some white "DJ" with wraparound shades, angular facial hair, and some etymologically-impossible moniker. Whatever, man – as long as it gets my name out there.

I use Chrome which has flash installed into browser so is always up to date. For autoplay is a cure, you can disable plugins and if you find something interesting on site you can enable it just for once with one mouse click. Also I use UBlock origin which helps with annoying ads etc. And is waaaay better than Adblock:wink:

Thanks for your opinions guys!
    I read every single comment.

It may seem absurd to many folks but the story with the New World Order is to consider though!
It's not the first time in history that a group of secret people (masons) try to take full power, to
establish their ideal regime (of terror of course!). Mr. Adolf Hitler for instance had the full support
of the society of Thule, even if the "official" sources may deny this fact.
We have to control what people with big capitals support, where their money flows in and out and why.

  13. "Don't buy it, don't buy into it, and don't let it buy you," I have always said. Though it can be trying, truly trying to see through all the smoke and mirrors, to focus on everything that is served up as status quo and be free from this addicting hypnotic hocus pocus offered as reality, it is good fun trying to.

Bro i'm really happy with Google Chrome and AdBlocker. I just disabled the automatic upgrade and everything is smooth and fine.

Have been using the Chromium version of Chrome which comes without a lot of the add ins, haven't really noticed much in malicious ad serving with that.

I tend to use Waterfox more often anyway. Have adblock and seems to handle things ok, now if they could make flashblock work well with youtube again so you can start the content when YOU want to...

p.s. my own comments prompted me to check for a flashblock update, and it seems
to be working fine in youtube now, dunno about you guys n gals but always hated
the auto launch video feature of websites
