I've always been of the mind that if you can afford a Protools system you don't need try before buy software.. from what all my Protool friends tell me, Protools is automatically awesome

 

And this will keep happening since people don't read the NFO Files
that Most Groups wrote for the people to stop asking dumb questions ?

Team R2R Mention Many times in their nfo that They Succeed At Making AAX Plugins Patched
But You Need Cracked AAX Host to make them work Cause AAX Host isn't Cracked Yet

The issue is that updating Pro Tools costs money and having to update plug-ins that you already own also costs money. I don't have the money at the moment to repurchase a bunch of software just because Avid don't make backwards compatible software.

 

Solution:
sell ProTools and buy for this money another DAW

 

I don't believe that I was being dumb, rude or demanding. It was never my intention and I believe I asked in a polite way.

 

I'd love to but the studio I record at uses Pro Tools so I chose this DAW so I can easily copy my pre-production sessions into their computer when I record. It seems like Logic is becoming more and more popular so perhaps I'll use that if Pro Tools keeps forcing software upgrades on their customers.

 

So the AAX plugins have been successfully cracked yet they do not work as there isn't a crack available for the AAX host in Pro Tools? How can they confirm that their cracked plug-ins work if they haven't been able to test them?

You want to know how?!!!, OK Since The beginning of the scene all crackers and people involving in The field of Reverse engineering knows that each protection scheme has unique method to dealt with like those types

Ok well instead of asking for whether something cracked etc just think of different ways etc.

U mentioned three plugins. You then go on to say u go to a studio to record?

Despite the fact that u can pick up all those plugs u mentioned pretty cheaply there are other ways.

One way around it maybe why do you need EZ Drummer to write drum tracks that are compatible?

EZ Drummer simply uses GM Extended as format so find some software that you can use that uses GM Extended write your tracks in that and then it perfectly compible with EZ Drummer. Do your midi editing in GM Extended & should be no problems that way

Outside that spend some time making a detailed mapping and then just write your own tracks in Piano Roll or Drum editor on the DAW.

Then it perfectly usable in this studio that uses EZ Drummer!

Why waste time using Guitar Rig for getting a sound tracks when you are then going to a studio? That's what the studio is for. All guitar rig gonna do is provide u with a sound not write the material obviously. Lot's of people write their stems dry and then mess about afterwards with something decent like Laney IRT Studio rather than wasting your money on guitar rig. Guitar rig probably the worst software NI make but that's just my opinion.

Record them at home, get them as good as you can & then finish them in the studio.

Better than that imho is don't bother at all recording them at home if u going to a studio but rather just practise and work out what u gonna play and then record it at studio through a decent tube amp unless all u doing is finishing the tracks at the studio?

In that case record without guitar rig and then find the sound u want to apply at the studio?

Pretty sure they will have/should have much more high end stuff than guitar rig for getting a decent sound?

You can record also download Guitar rig player but couldn't say whether it was compatable with AAX.

As for Kontakt again use a different piece of software or even Kontakt player?

There plenty of free libraries available that u can get great sounds with,

Outside that buy some cheap software that you then can use there plenty of dirt cheap stuff around that you can get great sounds with.

Seems pretty pointless to spend your time in that way imho but rather focus on what you can use a learn how to get decent results with it.

You don't need guitar rig full stop imo & most people wouldn't go near it for getting a decent sound but of course that's an individual choice.

Plenty of other ways as well which more productive imho than asking for links to this and that but that's up to you I guess.

Personally if money gonna always be tight then Pro Tools a pretty bad choice imo & I think you'd be much better off selling what you have and get a new DAW that u can use.

Don't worry about what the studio uses that's not really an issue imo.

Start building a library of your own stuff around a DAW you can afford to use or stock with the plugins u need or want.
