What could be causing my ipod to skip songs after playing the things I export from Ableton?

I've been making tracks in a pirated form of ableton (not the newest cracked version) for a while and I think I've always had a problem with playing my songs on my ipod. I can export them fine, listen to them on my computer fine, but I encounter problems when loading them up to my ipod. The songs are exported at 44kHz 16 bit, and whenever I listen to them in a playlist, the next song that's played (made by someone other than me) skips continuously, forcing me to hard-reset the thing. Could this be caused by a piece of cracked software I have? (I have a lot...)

An Acquaintance Told me because the ipod's are proprietary even when you set them to Drive mode he said it's embeded coding witch causes that to happen you have to google a patch for it somewhere Jailbreak your pod helps not that I recommend...

nothing to do with your software.
sounds like a buffer issue on the ipod after playing an uncompressed stream, it may be faulty.
does it still happen if you encode to ipod format first?
