    Hi

My budget is low, I searched a lot of "what is the best buy headphones" and "what is the best buy studio monitors". I ended up with BX5 D2 and with ATH-M50.
Which one do you prefer for mixing and mastering?

I prefer to mix through monitors, but it's really up to you to troubleshoot. M50s are really good. Not sure about the BX5s.

I own BX5 D2 (+ Focusrite 2i2 + Sony MDR-7506) and I can say it worth the price. The woofer is small
but is enough if you have no need to hear sub-bass. I think it suffer a mid-range lack.... but it
could not be the same for you. Try to listen to it if you can b4 buying it.

This is one of the reason why is better to use monitors(if you can of course), specially at mastering process:
