Guys I need help. I have cracked Native instruments Massive and Kontakt, and I did a mistake and opened the service center and now the stand alone of the app Massive and Kontakt don't work anymore it says "can't be opened". How to restore/fix it?

  3. Try to uninstall\reinstall the software. After all, unless you got any old NI' product (the ones available with the keygen, to cut simple...), uninstall the service center to avoid any future problems.

Let me know if it works!

Depends what system u run etc.

You could always try & delete the shortcut & run from manual location instead has worked 4 me in the past.Check what the shortcut opening etc.

Does it say anything else apart from can't be opened? Normally there a reason why etc.

Use regedit to check registry settings locations etc.

Opening the service centre never caused any problems for myself in the past. Normally just 4 input od serials, updates etc. I doubt it's changed any registry settings & if all fails then like said above uninstall, clean registry all the usual stuff.

How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software and Drivers from a Mac OS X Computer

Sometimes it is necessary to uninstall and reinstall your Native Instruments software as a solution for technical issues.

In order to uninstall your NI application manually, you need to remove the following files and folders:

Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Instruments > *Product Name* (folder)
    Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.*Product Name*.plist
    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > Components > *Product Name*.component
    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > VST > *Product Name*.vst
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Plug-ins > *Product Name*.dpm
    Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins > *Product Name*.aaxplugin
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > *Product Name* (folder)
    Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.*Product Name*.plist
Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > *Product Name* (folder)
Note: Since Mac OS 10.7 (Lion), the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu.

If you are running Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks) or 10.10 (Yosemite), it is necessary to restart your computer after deleting the above-mentioned files to make the changes permanent.

If you are uninstalling one of Native Instruments' sample-based programs, i.e. KONTAKT, BATTERY, AKOUSTIK PIANO or ELEKTRIK PIANO, there is also a sample library that can be deleted. It is located in the directory you chose during installation. Please note that it is NOT necessary to uninstall the library in most cases to fix common issues with the software, you can safely leave this alone in most cases unless the problem you are having is related to the library content itself.
