Bass slide up and down

    Hello, I need some help with Scarbee Jay Bass slides. I actually recreated a slide up and down separately but they don't work when I chop them. The sound I'm looking for is a kind of bass intro that I listen in many funk records, I actually have an isolated example:

    Bass slide

    I can use Scarbee mm-bass and Jay bass (I think they are nearly the same), my question is if I can get a slide up and down in the same piano roll.
