What proof of ver 1 is the upgrade version looking for? Do you have to enter a lic # or something when you order it?

 

The instructions are included with the Hard copy of the Upgrade package or.... you can contact Spectrasonics when you buy the download version from their techshop and they authorize the upgrade package based on your V1 serial code/registration info...
