    Automated/eveloped speed/rate on a tremolo/stutter/gapper/trance-gate/sequence gate/square LFO on amplitude.
    Yes, one effect can have many names.

    1) On a synth - add a square LFO on volume/amplitude, and turn the speed knob.
    2) On audio material - add a (square wave) tremolo effect (or trance-gate or gapper or stutter) and then mess with the speed.

    It's a looped sample and the loop length is ADSR'edized
    Standard operation in most samplers.
    Also, there is obviously some atmo and drum shots etc going on.

    ah, yes, and the trance gate off course.

    its a pitched down gated lfo...

    really easy. All you need to do is have some sort of synth that has some lfo that does 1/128th notes and just pitch it down over time... then automate the 1/128th note LFO and bring it back up to normal.

    You can also achieve similar effects using a trance gate or a sampler... in case u dont want to use a synth sound and want to use samples like vocal samples and such...
