I bought the Upright Piano Pro library 3 weeks ago from the Imperfect Samples website using Paypal (their only option). The payment went through but I never received the library link! I have contacted "them" many time and haven't heard a thing in response. Did I just fund a terrorist group or has anyone else had a similar experience w/ this company? Thank you

 

I have heard many problems with this company over the last year or 2. It's a shame, because the stuff sounds great, but I think there some health issues (perhaps mental) with the owner, check out over on gearslutz, there is a thread devoted to it, seems hit and miss.. I'm pretty sure they aren't terrorists! , but many others have had the same issue as you... sorry to hear about it,,,

"Quick way to get their attention is to rar it up post it everywhere, should only take about 20mins before somebody dobs you in and lets them know, by then you will have their full attention."


On a serious note: You have 180 days to claim your money back via paypal.
