    Could be a normal singing pitched up, chopped up and and sporadically reversed, formant shifted and lowpass filtered. If you asked me.

    Sure you can sing normal and pitch-shift and filter it. You could also sing falsetto and add filters, chop it up and reverse some parts, etc.

    Just do/try it!
