Hello folks,

I have an issue with reaching the Audioz website. Since they turned to SSL the site is slow in such a way that sometimes the connection fails.

Is there any hint what I should take into consideration?
I do not know what I am doing wrong....

+1. Today there was a problem in the AMS-IX datacenter in Europe. (the place where about every connection goes through) Some websites need to reboot there session.

Yes , Very slow from here too.
Just be patient, this will probably be fixed quickly .

 

my 2 notebooks with USB 4G/LTE Internet and home Wi-Fi - very bad access to Audioz...errors, long loading etc. Same with Audiosex today, but now better...it happens very often...almost every day...

 

AZ - definitely a go slow at the mo AS - is ok for me *yes*

I'm sure Cat will be on it just as soon as he has woken up and had his bowl of porridge

It will be a little rocky in the beginning. I still have some folks that can't connect at all and we're looking into why. For those guys I highly recommend using a modern and updated browser, at least so we could rule out ancient technology as the culprit.

I actually got a chance to run some analysis and we received a score of an A in all tests so it's looking good on the security end.

 

I seemed to have had the same "teething problems" with the new set up the last couple of days but the end result of an A grade is soooooo worth it!

Same here. Been experiencing slow-downs almost every day since the site upgrade. Thought it was only me (a problem with my connection, which has never been the best one in the world. Very far from that to say the truth) .

 

I havent been able to reac hthe site for 3 days now. Says "COnnection reset".

 

try clearing browser history and cookie cache and maybe restart your router to refresh connection and try again if that doesn't work, give Cat a PM of your location and ISP

Its strange, my home computers work fine now, its just my computer I use at work.I have visited audioz for years using that computer at work, but after the site went down, now I can no longer access it. I used IE, and FIrefox cleared cookies, etc. (Neither browser are up to date because, well.. you know how IT guys are at updating software when they have to do it for 300+ computers).

Anyhow, its no biggie. Just cant visit from work. haha. I should be working when I am there anyhow. Thanks again for the replay though, SirSillySausage!

Can't you update it yourself or do their have a group policy that doesn't allow that? It's in everyone's best interest to use AudioZ on newer OSes and browsers because that way we can ensure even greater security. Ideally we want everyone on TLS 1.2. We support Forward Secrecy and all that good stuff but you have to have the means to use it.

 

Unfortunately I cant. This is a fortune 200 company with thousands of employees. They have their computers on admin lock down. It is clearly an issue on this end though, and no fault of Audioz. I do appreciate you responding though. I can still access from my phone while here. *yes*
