What can i replicate the Vinyl / CDJ Reverse Spin effect with?

 

Depends on which context you intend to apply the effect. Full mix, individual channel etc?

A multi fx like turnado?

If not make a sample of the part to reverse and load it into a sampler. Reverse it and use pitch bend to simulate speed changes.

 

grossbeat, effectrix, glitch2 are 3 vst's that are quite capable to do this but it is a lot of trial and error to get it right,
skriblle scratch witch is a free reaktor ensemble could also do the trick

 

All DAWs and wave editors have reverse effect and pitch envelopes built-in.
Bounce/render/consolidate/mixdown the audio you want to affect, then edit with the above mentioned tools.
