i am looking for a tool that can find the fundamental tone of a sound, and then tune it to the nearest C, A or select Hz value.

how could i do this?

use any graphical eq, sweep through your sound with a peak and match that peak with that of a sine note of the same value

i read that mixed in key can batch name the keys of sounds
but not change them to what you want,

for bach convert i havent found a program like this yet
would be a great time saver.

 

Melodyne ARA in Studio One can help you a lot.
If you import all your samples, you should see all their value at the same time. And adjust all of them at once.
