DOWNLOAD troubleshooting with KONTAKT player

    I've just purchased AEON Rythmic and when I try to download it to my KONTAKT player it say's ''file not exist'' or also will say
    ''This patch is encrypted and cannot be loaded unless the respected library is registered properly''
    Can someone please notify me on this matter.
