That said, all 3 of my 3.5" hard disks are enclosed in this: https://www.komplett.se/product/333425 and I use just one at a time. I can't hear them that much and there are no vibrations, too. Can't wait to throw them out of the window anyway and buy more SSDs and 2.5" drives. Currently I'm using 2.5" drives for various projects. They seem more reliable and are more practical to handle and store than the 3.5" ones, not to mention more quiet and cooler. Slower? IDG a F for I have and need complete silence here.

i could be wrong but i get the sense you're saying that the sounds aren't digital audio artefacts on the soundcard due to electrical problems but is an actual acoustic noise from within the tower or what have you?
i actually think he'she has described the problem pretty well..maybe too well.
Dazeon, i could be wrong but are you talking about Resonance..the resonance of the hard drive in the computer?..its not an easy word to find in transalation i think.
this is where the hard drive is vibrating against the chassis due to internal frequencies of the disc spinning.
it could be that you've got a shitty hard drive..if its new or only a few months old and its seagate, maybe go to their website and register the drive so you get the warranty then you can return it for a replacement.

 

I reckon he should puff that dust back to where it came from (to cusion and mute the physical and acoustic vibration), then tweak the back-bias of the double distill valves

 

RETURN THE HARD DRIVE ASAP FOR A REPLACEMENT !
