Does anyone know how can we use the beta with patcher? Is that possible?

"Hello there, please note that while automation is now fully compensated, devices which sync to the Transport (Auto Filter, Auto Pan, Beat Repeat) are not, thus these modulations will be off if the device is at a point in the chain after a device introducing latency.

    Best regards,
    Marco"" - so Ableton Team

[IMG] BWS with the piano-roll of FL (ReWired with Bidule) is more than brilliant + unified modulation + multi layer editing + free audio/midi routing from 1.1.6 between/inside a track(s) + etc. BWS currently is definitely more advanced if we talk about the workflow

I wouldn't cheer too early. Important point is if PDC is really working for 3rd party plugins. I'll wait for confirmation before I draw false conclusions.

    It sounds good,

Does it means I won't need to shift manually and correctly my bounce from Return tracks anymore ?

This is quite normal isnt it ? .. I think he wants to point out, if you use Auto Pan or Filter in the beginning of a chain it'll be more out of sync than anywhere else .. *yes*

Thats excellent news, I came back to Ableton just a few weeks ago, and then they fix the problem because of which I moved away from it in the first place. Incredible!!

Wait, it was up to recently Ableton DENIED it even existed.... it took exhaustive youtube videos to demonstratively show it....

I'll believe it when I see it, ..... and it sounds like there are still some other issues.... and like someone said, does it work with 3rd party plugs? Thats where it gets REALLY bad..... oh well, definitely a step in the right direction! Thanks for the headsup

That is interesting not sure if i have experienced such delay. Been working with ableton for about 2 years. Maybe i dont automate enough? or maybe because i usually do so at the end of my projects in which i assume the latency is caused by so many active plug ins.

Holy shit what is that awesome DAW-chimera?

I've read that Bidule is some sort of modular system that is something like M4L, but that looks like you are using JUST FL's piano roll... which is insane.

I need a tutorial on how this is done.

I use midi to trigger LFO tool, it solves any timing issues.. Trouble is though you'll end up with a shit load of midi tracks to trigger each instance.

i hate the FL piano roll, the ableton one is clean and the tools which are there are enough.
i can not understand why w ould we need something like that in ableton?
