Automation is now fully Delay Compensated in 9.2 Beta! did this really Finally happen or did I enter some weird dream?

I knew this would happen as soon as I paid and moved to Cubase 8 :D

I never had any Problems with PDC and using Live since Version 6 ..

Can someone explicit mention any problems he had since now ?? :wow:

  12. What a lucky dude!

From the Logic manual, readapted for Ableton...

With plug-in latency compensation set to All, Ableton Live shifts the bass track forward by 10 ms, thus synchronizing the bass and drum tracks. Ableton Live will then delay both streams routed to the output channel by 30 ms, aligning them with the guitar tracks. The aux channel that the vocals are streamed to is also delayed by 15 ms, aligning it with the drum and guitar streams (in other words, the 15 ms delay is increased to 30 ms). The precise calculations required for each stream are handled automatically.

Nice story to read, but it's more like an urban legend...
It pretty sums altogether most of the time and, boom, your latency increase more than usin' an old SoundBlaster Live! with ASIO4ALL

That's the deal with me so, i'm excited to test the new beta as soon as possible!

there is nothing in the release notes for 9.2beta.

    where you got this information?

This is actually very good timing. I'm going to be working on a few new projects with some people I know; and I will likely have to install Live to accomplish a couple of them. Good news! This was the primary reason I never got into Live.

Live Sets that contain Max for Live devices or third-party plug-ins now have lower latency. also

I had phase-issue because of these latency. And the tools like lfo tools don't work well if you have a lot of latency

There are some other good improvements also. Latency in general has been improved for 3rd Party effects and M4L. And the warp engine has been further improved for complex/complex pro. Its a pretty huge update really.

honestly max devices are shit, they have higher cpu usage and all feels kind of sluggish. i just wish they would make for the LFO m4l device a real ableton device, instead of that, the same with the convo. reverb.

How does this work? My music computer is offline (and my license is a crack) so I don't think I can sign up for their bug reporting program. Is there any way to use the beta offline? Would someone be able to upload the installer?
