Drumatom: the world's first microphone leakage suppression tool for drum recordings.

Microphone leakage is the most prevalent problem in drum recordings in everyday studio or live sound engineering
scenarios. Drumatom is a comprehensive microphone leakage suppression tool for multichannel drum recordings. It
is based on the patent-pending "Advanced Audio Analysis - A3" technology and is the outcome of many years of research
& development. Running an extremely sophisticated algorithm under a simple and intuitive user interface, drumatom
lets you adjust, reduce or eliminate leakage in a way that was previously not possible with conventional tools.

It will probably be Protools only and very expansive because it is a one-trick tool for BIG pros recording REAL drums.
Most "on the cheap" productions use drum replacing...so they don't care about real take leaking.

For now, i use a "simple" phase tool, and don't care about leaking. As long as signals are in phase, it is enough for me.
I can always add "subtle" gates afterward.
Of course, this tool simplify the process. But not for me at that price. And i hate Protools.

PS : i use MAutoAlign for phase alignment. Cheap, use groups, very easy and effective.

Pipotron3000, Ive been in several multimillion $$$ studios and they use drum replacement as well. Nobody wants to work hard for a tone anymore. (even with having the best gear it can still be a task) Leaking is a good thing as it adds dynamic to drum tones IMO. Im not saying youre wrong in approach btw, Im just mentionning. :)

Plugin Alliance, I can see down there in the lower left hand corner of the picture. Hope it does the job well for that kind of money.
