I noticed that, many times, simply pausing and resuming a download, OR, opening the peeplink again, and trying a second time (while the first try is downloading) will yield a faster download.

For instance today, I was downloading something that was supposed to take 55 minutes!!!

While it was downloading, I launched a second attempt, and it took SIX minutes!!!

 

Highly recommend using JDownloader (cross-platform) with Uploaded premium. By default you'll get 4 download threads per file, and download 3 files at a time. It will definitely absolutely maximize your bandwidth. It also resumes downloads properly and un-rars them when they're all in.

Using JDownloader, with premium account, but even so, I've experienced strange behavior from Uploaded.net lately.
Checked my connection and it's at full speed (60Mb/s)

 

just downloaded a UL file @750MB (freebie) and it has taken over 7 hours , all the others I got within an hour, one link was missing and the only one I could find was UL

however, still got the file so, happy days
