here's how this is going to work for me now (unfortunately)...

1) no more Uploaded renewals... period...

2) Stopped using Rapidgator 7 months ago, because they do that "automatic renewal" shit... fucking games... further, supposedly I can turnoff the Auto-Renwal, but I've done that, and the account still gets renewed... so you are not really stopping auto-renewal, its really something else which poses as "autorenewal"... as I said, f'ing games.

3) Looks like I'm going to download everything then from another site (one which uses torrents)... this one releases the exact same stuff, but probably 30 to 45 seconds later (woopdy-doo)... and when my ratio is too low (because despite seeding each dl for an eternity, it is still inevitable that I'll "go low" due to the fact that I will always end-up having to dl some old tutorial that has no leechers anymore... and its just easier to buy seeds), I'll just send my money to them instead of Rapid / Uploaded... although a couple of months ago, I was going to try to use the GenerationPremiumLink.com route, but that is a joke, and I would rather try to "support" the cause... but.... guess that has changed...

wait a second... what's that noise?... oh yeah, it's uTorrent notifying me that my dl has just finished..

Fuckin' Uploaded. I ended up using the Google Wallet option (or forced option) and my bank froze my account the whole weekend for suspicious activity.

 

This is why i like zippyshare and co.

 

There are fast free links for practically anything you could want, just use those. I don't understand why everyone has such a problem with downloading, it's really ridiculous though I do admit so is Uploaded if they're making people use Google Wallet. Examples: do you want the new Orange Tree release: fast free links. You're into Horsemen's posts: always fast free links. Modulus: fast free links. You like my posts: always fast free links. Willdathrill's posts: always fast free links. Anything that comes from R2R: fast free links. Nano: fast free links. There's even tons of members putting up a million links in the comments when mirrors are open. Where are these indispensable releases that you simply can't download? There are times when I don't have an account and somehow I still get everything I want so either you're downloading an insane amount of stuff or you're not checking all the links to find out which ones would work better for you.

man, I was very close to doin googl wallet... but then I realized I had some "account points" that could be traded in for a month of prem. membership, so I guess I will have it for 1 more month... but, after that, Uploaded suck it.

Although I did contact them with a message about my concerns, and "whats up with the wallet trash?" kind-of thing... why am i being forced etc.. so we shall see.

Its weird though, because, as soon as i click on the link to re-up my prem membership, theres a list of payment methods to choose from... one of them being google wallet... however, when I click on Mastercard, and get that cellphone PIN thing, the moment I enter the PIN then, ALL OF A SUDDEN, I get sodomized by a Google Wallet prompt.

Why is Mastercard even in the list then?.. if it must "bow-down" and "bend over" to The Wallet.

I stopped supporting anything Google a year-and-a-half ago... and I mentioned that in my message to customer support.

There is a different "all audio production" torrent site, which literally gets every single release that gets posted on "...Z"

and 99.999% of the time it's in the exact same order. Apparently there are members from our beloved "mother site" that transfers them over to it.

As I said earlier, I'd rather support the mother-site by using these fileshare memberships, but...

obviously, I'd want to use one/both of the 2 main sites used... Uploaded and/or Rapidgay... that way, any release on the site will have at least those 2 site-links... BUT:

1) stopped Rapidgay months ago... I will have nothing to do with a site which tries to trick me and/or make it a pita to stop a membership... which results in a continuous "silent" renewal type thing... I will support NO company that handles business like that.
(its like all these stupid womens magazines which screw customers into yearly memberships, and result in a customer having to quit their day-job in order to try and track down the actual REAL address/phone number of the company that actually distributes the magazine )

2) and now Uploaded no longer fits the bill...

I mean, its moronic enough that Paypal is not used by them... and NOW Mastercard?.. c'mon! those 2 forms of payment, along with VISA, have GOT to be the most used in the world.

I know how you feel.

About a year ago I tried to renew my Uploaded subscription [3 months at a time - continious for about 2 years] & they rejected my VISA card, the same one they had accepted for several years. I called their support site twice & they could only say "try it again" which I did several more times. No joy. Screw them.

Now I am a free user which can take a long time. I live with that. Bless moji20 for all those links.

Folks that play the "??? has been exclusively released on AudioZ by ??? who choose to ask not to post mirrors" card just chase me to torrents. Besides, I have checked numerous times, torrents are quite often posted before AudioZ exclusive posts.

That torrent site you mentioned... I've been a member for 9.5 years & only had to buy seed twice. Just like music, the need for seed comes in waves. I am down to 89% at the moment but that is because I just got a 42.7Gb item. For the really large things I have to use torrents. No other choice.

In the long run though, I like to support the people on AudioZ because that keeps the ball rolling. And I will do that every time it is practical.

 

Depends mainly on what country your in & what rules etc. For example Rapid are shit in the UK because u need webmoney etc which u can't even get in this country. Our government bans just about everything that u don't pay VAT on but Catalyst is totally right.
There plenty of fast, free unlimited hosters that will pay directly to a paypal account if that's what u want. Could be different in different countries tho. I guess it's about trying to find a balance about what is best for the global community as rules vary & if someone want's certain links then just ask & just about all uploaders will try their best to help if they able as that's what being part of a community all about

as you said, it seems like many, many releases at least have moji20s links, let alone copy, cat, horse, nano, etc... but strike... thats the dude. Only up and rapid... with no mirrors allowed.

but when i look at strike's avatar?.. i immediately assume that it is most likely an alias of sunny/magesy/cameron. dudes fixated on teddy bears and whatnot. so i then assume that sunny allows mirrors, but with his strike account, he can still "hold-out" on the many strike releases to force up.to and rapid dl's...

so does that mean i'm on strike against strike?..

I've asked him on a few occasions to use at least 1 mirror good for free members. Problem is I can't force him and there are other people that use that too to recoup for more purchases and they work hard so the option must exist. I don't usually find this too much of a problem though because other teams suit my tastes better, not to mention their couriers are also less stingy with mirrors so I feel like I'm doing something good and supporting those people that are supporting me.

 

Yeah I passed through that too, and while it's true that you can download using other links, if you have a premium account and let it go, you loose your links too, so as a poster this is a real problem. This have been done without any prior warning of policy change but I suspect that Uploaded have been forced to abandon credit cards payments as they had to abandon Paypal a while ago.
Goolge is invading us from every and each hole. It's just another violation.

Yep it can with remote upload. All you have to do is upload your file to a site like uploaded.net, put the link in real debrid and tick the remote upload box and you will have a link that real debrid will upload to any site that supports remote upload.

The good thing about a....z is that it is it's own forum and each post is a forum topic.
Members can leave comments and there's often feedback or advice on how to install something.
You cannot do that with tornts!
