i too prefer old suff more ...like till max 2009, then all started to go down like a waterfall ...hoping for a comeback, also hate when producers mix trance with mainroom then they think they are cooool ...anjuna was the first label promoting this kind off mix, all cool till i hear one track but in a set when i hear 20 tracks alike i go nuts ...MIKE, Meno de Jong, John 00 Fleming, Simon Patterson, Lange ( in part)...just a few that still produce some trance flavours ...the structure of the tracks today has changed much, i mean you really need to make things interesting every 16 beats if not ...trance was just percussive beats, tribal almost, euphoric or simple melodic lines, melancholic vocals, sounds repeating more and more evolving till you feeel the track ...that was trance once ...soo disappointed today

 

bring back the early 90's TTf,Ultrasonc,Qfx, to name a few! i fear those days are gone!.... We must keep it alive! thats our mission @ audiosex!

 

Thanks for the comments guys. This set is not of classic tracks or oldschool. I just did a few tracks that I have here on my pc without commitment to deepen me in the old days of classic trance. I have recorded another set called Top Trance Classics, if you can hear. *yes*
