Copy Waveshells to your plugins dir.

exactly, if you load up a software instrument it will most likely load up as a stereo track.

you can't put mono plug in on a stereo track.

2. Set Output to Bus 1
3. On the "Aux 1" input where it says "Bus 1" click the 2 Circles that look like Stereo to make it mono.

One more time:

There is no waves plugin called "mono". IT DOESN'T EXIST.
You can only use a plugin ás mono when an audiotrack or bus is in mono.
In your last screenshot, there are many mono plugs shown, so I'm confused.
Maybe you should try to explain what you need, in decent english.
