BFA London Solo Strings don't works on Kontakt, it is encrypted. Any solution? I think there's a patch but I can't find it!

 

good question..guessing there are patches for the four instruments. think i have it..i'll look for you.

 

You need to run it in Kontakt 2.2.3-AiR,I couldn't tell you why it only runs in this version just that it does.Maybe because it is old.

 

Kontakt 2.2.3 is a bit old...don't you think? I read in another forum that there's a fix to resolve the problem but it is in a private section and I can't access there.

Kontakt 4.1.1 AiR can do the job without any prob!
Also there are an alternative script/PNGs for this library - if interested I´ll share the "new" script/PNG with you!

I'm new to this forum, i'm a composer, and i just DL BFA London Solo Strings. that is this new version for Kontak. We can find it here:

But there is no way to open it, even with the kontakt vers 2 or 4. It always say that the patch is encrypted and can't be loaded.
I think the problem is the nkx file, the size is 0 kb.

phloopy said that he have a solution to this ? i would be glad to know this, i'm a fan of this library.

I have found older Kontakt2 patches without wallpapers, but they're working without library registration. Better than nothing after all

Note: they point out to WAV samples, so you need to locate samples manually and check "Allow alternative file types". I tried to resave them, but the "This library is encrypted" error was back (even with 4.1.1 AiR Kontakt). Even if the Kontakt shows DEMO, it should be OK.

Ok works for me, there isn't the GUI instrument and DEMO mode is on top...but better than nothing!

 

Sad my samples are .ncw
and it ask for wavs

Just tick Allow Alternative file types in the Samples Missing dialogue and then it should load your NCWs.
