So i made this in Ableton. Each sound has been meticulously crafted and processed. Waves' NLS Summing and some J37 at the end. ofc bx_XL2 to finish this thing off.

This piece consists of 10 tracks.
(No sidechain whatsoever)

1.Kickdrum (A Absynth Battery4 Kick)
2.Bassline (operator)
3.Hihat Closed 909 (battery hihat, nothing special)
4.Shaker (Microtonic)
5.Zippy FM Sound (operator)
6.Low Chord, layered (Operator and FM8)
7.Hi Chord (operator)
8.Long, big reverb (2C Aether)
9.Delay Tail (H-Delay and some Fazortan)
10.Parallel Distortion (Devastor and Saturn)

The bassline, the Zippy, the Low Chord and Hi Chord are triggered by the Mono-Sequencer (M4L in Live 9) and some Chord Devices. (Except bass and Zippy)
The sounds are not to much automated. Except the Chords, there I mess around with the decays.
In the breaks I do lots of send-automations. Sending stuff to the return channels and playing with the feedback and again sending one return to another.
