Howdy guys!

We finally will buy a house next year, which has some kind of backyard on it where we want to build our studio on. So far we only got a one-room project studio, where we do pretty much all our work in (which excludes recording drums for example) but I'd love to get started on recording bands, have done so in the past and now that we run our own business would just like to offer that service as well.

So, since I will have to build the studio completely from scratch, I'd love to build a room-in-room construct.
Basically I want three rooms. Control room and a recording room with drum kit, amps, cabs and all that stuff. Last but not least, I want also to have a toilet for the clients. ^^' Floor heating for all rooms would be cool too, if doable.

The question is, has somebody made some experiences with room in room constructs? Any cool link/guideline/material info?
Any thoughts would be appreciated, because I'm really not that good with tools and would have to pay some company to build the studio for me.
Therefore I'd like to get a rough idea of what I will need and how it's done the right way.

Thanks Baxter! I must say I'm farily excited. We have been waiting for that a long time, now it's so close and I want to get it done right

I was thinking to post the process & progress with pictures etc. Will have to wait some time though (we plan to move middle of 2015)
