    What they don't show you is when the drone comes back and the filmmaker's fingers fall off from touching all the radiation the drone has gathered

    The most fascinating fact is that scientists that studied animals that are living there since many decades not found more mutations than control populations from other regions of the world have. They studied deers, bears, wolves and even animals that live close to the ground (where radiation is at the highest level)like insects, mouses etc. But when they studied birds that only rest there for a few weeks a year, they found a lot of mutations. The conclusion is that simple...live is able to adapt even on extrem circumstances if it has enough time. Its even able to adapt on radioactive radiation...while just being exposed to it for short duration can kill you!
