Remember that a lot of those posts that are later available as a torrent are there because some uploader purchased or was supplied the content to begin with which is generally from lockers so torrents would also be affected if the uploaders didn't have the funds for new material. Even R2R would be affected because other teams supply to them as well and those teams generate funds again through lockers. Beyond that uploaders do a really difficult job, anyone that doesn't think so I invite you to try it for a week. Really it's a demanding full time job because you have to have releases to post, you have to be careful of watermarks which need to be removed, you have to pack them, you have to upload, you have to find information about the product being posted, arrange the post, reupload it if links die which means changing the hash and much more. Oftentimes there is much less time after you're finished for pretty much anything else. That's beside the fact that there is significant risk involved.

Make no money from warez is referring to using other team's hard work to generate money. That is why i began a campaign of posting team friendly mirrors on R2R posts so they could be assured that they weren't being exploited. Zeusgodbcn, temple23 and a few others help in that regard posting Firedrive/Mega/ZippyShare links. Aside from that fact not making money from warez is an antiquated notion since people are more hesitant to supply in today's age of difficult protection systems, watermarks, etc. and content is consumed a lot quicker than it takes to procure. SYNTHiC4TE use money generated from their work to purchase other products that we would have to wait a long time to get any other way. HEX WARS, Organ1c, ZEUS and many others as well. I think so long as the sole purpose of sharing is not financial then all is well. The desire to help musicians to explore new products that they otherwise could never afford to try should be the sole objective when it comes to sharing. I was thinking perhaps we could even open some kind of fund where uploaders would donate some money that could be given out to developers.

Multihosters may have more convenient payment options in the country you live in so explore those, perhaps when I have a moment I will make a thread on AudioSex to list different providers and members could recount their experience. If you can't get a premium for the reason that you really don't have the money or there are some problems with payments then explore other options such as this post, our giveaways and the free mirrors which i always try to encourage people to post so that if you're in a bad predicament you can still enjoy.

Maybe catalyst. But it didn't work said not a valid card for transaction I even registered it so I could make online purchases I dunno I would love a uploaded premium but I'd have to take the security off of my card, told to me by a bank rep. Which isn't gonna happen since I've had someone try and buy shit using my card that wasn't me...sucks ass though

 

Why this hassle? Just get a Paysafe Card and if your location is a problem, change your ip.

 

Dow Jones I recommended a Paysafe card like sideshowbob mentioned. I remember mentioning that you can pick one up at a gas station or local convenience store, they usually have them. Also you can look up retailers in your area online.

the problem is, they are trying to make money from warez things and then say "support companies, buy it". Well, they just want to make living from it. It used to be sharing is caring, not sharing is money. Do you remember when private trackers used to be free and not full of haters? Neither does pepperidge farm...

 

You could look at it that way but that wouldn't be the whole story. The truth of the matter is that it costs money to run servers and some people download A LOT. Also it is very risky, takes up a lot of time and is tons of work. You can't just look at it from your point of view because you're ignoring the other side of the coin.

 

You are damn right but you ignore to see my side and you made up your mind to dictate your side is the absolute true. Looks like you don't suffer any problems with private trackers. I have 1 Gbps internet here, i seed every torrent for at least a year in KAT, TPB. But cuz i'm a newbee, i can't get in any of those "private" trackers. Donation means: an act or instance of presenting something as a gift, grant, or contribution. So no donators and donators could benefit from what is been donating. But these trackers mostly mistake the word donation with fee. I'll give my 10 or more euros to get in and no guarantee for not to be kicked? No noobs allowed? That's looks just like the governments, compaines those people don't like. TPB is in the jail for making sharing free, but he's probably ashamed of people trying to make living of it. It's like "my ball my rules" kid in the neighboorhood. He's completely right but nobody likes him.

 

Why would you think I don't see your side? Just because I happen to not agree with it? I have been in your shoes and other shoes and I know the reasons behind it and it's not so clear cut as it seems without all the information. To tell you the truth I don't really download that much nor do I really use torrents so I'm not going to go on a downloading spree after this conversation if that's what you're implying. TPB and KAT are a world away from private trackers both in dynamics and content so it's not a fair comparison. If those sites linked to the content you wanted you'd be using them wouldn't you? You want more content and that's available too but it's not always free, a lot cheaper than the tens of thousands of dollars that you would have to pay buying it. For you it's free to download, for others they have to buy that content or pay for those servers. It's no different than paying for an Uploaded account. I think people have become accustomed to downloading thinking that it's some inalienable right for them to get whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want. I don't see why you can't just use AudioZ and download off the many servers that are posted which are good for free users. You're also discounting that you're someone nobody knows since you're new so why would you think private (hint) trackers are going to want to take a risk just to provide you with free content?
