Create a shared partion for W7 & OSX 10.9

    hi guys, i'm thinking about creating a shared partition between Windows 7 and OSX 10.9.0 because osx partition is only 80 gb and because i wanna share the same samples libraries (maybe also the same Kontakt lib) avoinding duplicates.

    i have a 1 TB Hitachi (MBR partitioned), i just got some partiton manager in windows so i can reduce it and create new partitions

    i know hfs+ is only for osx and ntfs only for windows. Howcan i create a partition wich can be shared (used,edited and so on) by both??? is it possible? thanks in advice

    thanks for the info. i'll try to use some program to enable NTFS read/write on the OSX side of things and create a new Ntfs partition shared between the two OS for samples and kontakt libraries :wink: :wink:
