Hi guys,

Something went wrong with Ableton Live 9 installation. I run windows 8.1. I tried to launch one project and Ableton suddenly get up with info that I didn't authorized it! It was everything ok until now and the problem is that I have very important gig in 15h from now. I tried several times to de-install it, deleted all the files, but the problem now is the hissing sound which appears always as I re-install and try to load any project. I'm going crazy now, please if someone can help me! Thanks

hi i havnt use live in years but you could try this download the driver asio from

after install go to 1.20 on the youtube vid and do what he did

he be useing it for a pluging fix but it could fix your hissing sound.
and try useing headphones to see if its not your studio monitors.

make sure to register with the Authorize.auz file

by the way what version are you running?

 

What kind of system are you using and what kind of audio interface?

As now you told that you've uninstalled more or less the whole, maybe it's too late for the following remark :

As you also said that earlier all was running perfectly, maybe your 'Authorization' problem was due to an eventual Installation of a recent Update of 'Max4Live', and then you forgot to 're-authorize' your Version 9 once again before to launch it (?).
I suggest this because it's often the case of 'unauthorized' Versions which ran perfectly before such 'Max4Live' new Updates... *yes*
