Sonic Implants’ Symphonic Percussion Collection, is the quintessential Orchestral Percussion library, capturing the true essence of orchestral percussion. SISP is a HUGE collection featuring over fifty of the finest quality and well maintained instruments. A Percussion Collection like none other, recorded in a fabulous hall equipped with state of the art recording equipment, SISP features a broad selection of instruments and articulations, all performed by one of Boston’s most accomplished Symphonic percussionists, and an Emmy and RIAA award winning engineering team. Extra realism, a perfect blend with the other volumes of the Symphonic Collection, and Sonic’s well deserved reputation for superb playability, programming, and quality; make this the Percussion Collection of choice. Recorded at Sonic Temple Studios, Roslindale, MA.

This library features performers and instruments from Boston Pops Orchestra which played with John Williams several times.

Looks great, but honestly I don't expect staggering quality and multiple round robins. This library is very old, even older than SF Percussion. Still might be worth a try. If we could find more people, I'd go for group buy. *yes*

Maybe yes, but when I look back at Strings, Brass and Woodwinds all three had numerous scripting flaws which made them hard to use. Even the most recent version of these patches is flawed. Might be interesting to look into, though I don't expect it to become go-to perc library *no*

I think sound quality of their string library is still great.
Also, a percussion library doesn't need complicated kontakt scripts unless it's a timpani library.
It doesn't matter how old it is.
Its desctiption says it has 10 dynamic layers!

How does it compare with Spitfire Percussion Redux?
What's the size of this one?

Does it say what format it in? Couldn't see allthough only scanned thru. Like Andrew says it is quite old & some of the older Sonivox libraries were recorded in Giga format. They were nice libraries at the time though but their possibly better options now. Plus if I recall corectly like he mentioned the Brass library or one of them had quite a few problems that made it really difficult to use.

Actually not 10 layers, up to 10 layers <- there's big difference.
    $199 price is auction-style.

199 dollars is still not a bad price for this library which has recordings of John Williams' Boston Pop Orchestra.
up to 10 dynamic layers + 4 round robins.
Don't ask me to buy it. I'm broke.

I have a friend in the US who could forward me the package, still 199$ is a tad too much for a product I couldn't even try out before purchase. I made that mistake with Kirk Hunter libs and paid the price. For $199, you could have decent SSD or 2TB 2.5" drive. I'm in, but not for such price, one quarter of it perhaps *yes* ...
Two years ago when there was no decent perc lib leaked, I might have considered it...

Which library? Concert Strings 2? I am considering that one. Is there something you specifically disliked or it's just not for you? (Although I have a general idea of his libs' structure and character)

Also, I really like (the) Sonivox (symphonic collection sound) but they're outdated and pricey by today's standards.

Diamond Orchestra and Solo Strings 2. The sound is plain awful, I couldn't make it better even after heavy processing.
Solo Strings 1 was OK, but considering how much $ went into it, I'll stay away from anything Kirk Hunter... *yes*

Trying product before purchase became essential factor since then. And for good reason. *yes*

did you have time to make music , because you request most of the time everything , or are you just busy with download and collect the stuff you always request !

With Spitfire Percussion, Spitfire Hans Zimmer Percussion, CinePerc all packs... I doubt there is any use for this old library :)

You're listing an item from a random ebay auction in the hope someone will buy this because as you say, you are broke.

If you had made it like real news, and not posted dodgy ebay links, which proves you want someone to buy it for you then you may have had a better response from me.

Make a proper request in you know where if you want to obtain this. Someone probably has it to share in there.
